"What Ho, My Deadly!" is a comic detective mystery that mashes together the worlds of P.G. Wodehouse and Raymond Chandler.
Worlds collide in this unofficial parody of both authors, as the hardboiled detective, Philip Marlowe, goes on the trail of a missing cow creamer, while Jeeves and Wooster tangle with gun-toting thugs in gangland docks.
Told in chapters that alternate between the perspectives of Philip Marlowe and Bertie Wooster, the unlikely pair set out to solve a vicious murder in post-war New York.
But as the bodies pile up, and the plot thickens like one of Anatole's clotted custards, will Bertie make it out of the Big Apple alive, or - more to the point - without having to marry Madeline Bassett (who thinks the stars are god's daisy chain)?
